Topics and ideas that have been heavily covered in prior years will generally be given lower priority in judging. Submissions are particularly desired that describe concepts that help EMS fellowship programs meet the ACGME program requirements, and submissions focusing on EMS fellows will be given preference if there are space limitations. Education research studies will typically be considered as research submissions, not innovations submissions, and NAEMSP reserves the right to re-assign submissions from Innovations to research and vice-versa as judged necessary by the relevant committees.
