Member Portal Access

  • Populate four possible addresses - home, billing, preferred and organization (work).
  • The "billing address" in particular, will need to match the billing address of the credit card you will be using to renew your membership. You will be provided with a drop-down menu of any addresses in your record to select "Billing Address" at renewal time.
You will need to set up your account in the new system. For security purposes, login credentials for the old system did not carry over.
Access Portal to Set Up Account
  1. Click “set up account” (Note: the “forgot password” functionality will not work until you’ve created a password in the new system; you must first set up your account.)
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account (most likely, it’s the email address where you received this message).
  3. Select a password for your account and click “Continue.”
  4. You will be sent an email and asked to verify your email address by clicking the link in the email. This ensures you have provided a valid email address. 
  5. Now, you can log in with your new password and access your account.
The new interface continues to feature access to the member benefits you've come to enjoy:
  • online access the Prehospital Emergency Care journal;
  • the ability to maintain your member profile, contact information as well as your committee and Chapter selections;
  • access to your Annual Meeting CME;
  • online membership renewal;
  • online event registration;
  • online NAEMSP Store purchases,
  • and more!
