Current Projects
EMS Fellowship Education
We assist in providing with synchronous or asynchronous education in particular areas of need for fellowship education.
Continuing Medical Education for Members
We are working on expanding the use of the NAEMSP Learning Center to provide continuing education and CME opportunities for our physician and professional members, including the offering of CME for content from the NAEMSP Education Blog (EMS MEd), the PEC podcast and other developed content.
Residency EMS Curriculum
The committee is actively working on building resources for shareable content for the EMS curriculum for Emergency Medicine residencies.
Initial EMS Professional Education
With goal of expanding NAEMSP as a resource for paramedic education, the committee is working to develop case-based, evidence-based medicine learning modules for re-appropriation by paramedic instructors and/or paramedic school medical directors with the goal of emphasizing the critical role of research in determining best practices and clinical priorities for out of hospital care. This resource will eventually be freely available through the NAEMSP resource page.
