When making room reservations for your company’s staff, please do not book more rooms than necessary. Holding a block of room reservations that will be cancelled in the last month prior to the meeting may prevent other attendees from staying at the headquarters hotel and cause the organization to lose revenue.

Please note: NAEMSP® or the Manchester Grand Hyatt will never contact NAEMSP® exhibitors by phone or email to offer assistance in booking your hotel room.
NAEMSP® has worked diligently with the hotel to establish a room block and negotiate an optimum room rate for its attendees and exhibitors where all NAEMSP® associated functions will be held. In the past unauthorized companies/housing providers (commonly known as hotel pirates) have been known to solicit NAEMSP® exhibitors in an attempt to secure them lower room rates. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing providers is not approved by NAEMSP®. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates; however they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable.
Please be aware of and report any unauthorized solicitation to the NAEMSP® Executive Office. Attendees and exhibitors are encouraged to stay at the host hotel so that NAEMSP® and its members can benefit from the hotel’s reduced costs that in turn, lead to keeping registration costs and exhibit fees down for the participants.
